Increase your efficiency by using Google for Education administrative tasks in a way that suits your school environment!

InterCLASS® Console Support is a Google Workspace app that extends the functionality of the Google Admin console. Even without Google Workspace administrator privileges, you can link with the Google Admin console to quickly and easily perform tasks such as bulk management of school users and groups, management of device information, and configuration of Google Classroom classes.

Four key features of InterCLASS®︎ Console Support

  • Batch processing of accounts by year with CSV
Manage user list updates for enrollment, promotion, graduation, and transfers with CSV. InterCLASS®︎ Console Support supports the standard CSV format for digital textbooks*, helping you improve how you work by simplifying annual processing tasks. * Compatible with Lentrance Reader, Manaviewer, Mirai School Platform, Tsubasa Book, Chou Kyokasho, and S-Viewer.
  • Bulk management of Google Classroom
Administrators can register, update, archive, and delete teachers' classes and teacher/student information in bulk. This eliminates the burden of Google Classroom management for teachers, allowing them to start using it for lessons straight away.
  • CSV support for device management. Ideal for asset management ledgers.
Carrying out bulk exporting of items such as "Asset ID," "Location," and "Notes", which are required for creating an asset management ledger as a CSV file, reduces the workload associated with the asset management ledgers that are created and managed separately at each school.
  • Easy login to Chromebook with a QR code*
Simply show the QR code* login card to the Chromebook's camera for easy login. Even young children can log in without using a keyboard, allowing lessons to start right away. * QR code is a registered trademark of DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED.
