InterCLASS^® Advance

In Google Workspace for Education, learning can be managed for each class using Google Classroom. InterCLASS® Advance can synchronize classes and student information created in Google Classroom with a single click. No complicated setup is required.

1. Simply click the sync button in InterCLASS® Advance to sync with Google Classroom.
2. Classes and learners are synchronized.
3. The class drive is also accessible from the InterCLASS® Advance screen.

InterCLASS® Advance is an online, fully cloud-based classroom support system. Teachers can access and use InterCLASS® Advance from any device using only a web browser. With a simple, intuitive operation screen, users can use it in classes right away. Unlike other companies’ products, there is no need to install software on a local computer, so there is no need for software installation tasks or maintenance.

• The system can be used simply by adding the Chrome extension to teacher users from the Google Admin console. There is no need to install software on local computers.

■Teacher Screen Sharing

Users can select the teacher’s entire screen, an app, or web browser content and share it in real-time on all students’ desktops. Screens with a clear picture can be shared even in a low-speed wireless LAN environment, and users can explain detailed operations such as operating a programming tool to all participants in an easy-to-understand way by sharing their screen.

■Student Screen Monitoring

Users can display a list of the desktop screens of all Chromebooks in the class. Not only can the teacher check the students’ learning status, but by displaying it on a projector during individual study, students can see each other’s screens. This helps students concentrate on their learning. Users can also maximize and display individual student screens to share their work and opinions.

■Student Screen Presentation

The screen of any individual student can be shared with everyone else. Even if there is no projector in the classroom, students’ work and opinions can quickly and easily be shared with the whole class, supporting collaborative learning.

■Screen Lock

Students’ desktop screens can be locked. Users can choose to lock all students or select specific students. This is useful when the teacher is explaining something in the middle of the students’ work or when students need to concentrate on work that does not use a computer.

■Website Browsing Restrictions

Users can allow students to browse only the websites used in class, such as test or teaching material websites or Google Workspace websites. They can easily set this up simply by entering a keyword from the URL of the allowed website.

■Send Website

The teacher can open a website with a specified URL on all students’ devices at once. This shortens the time it takes to enter long URLs and allows classes to proceed efficiently.

■Send Message

The teacher can send messages to students. They can send simple notices or instructions, either to all students or individually. The message can also be maximized.
