Simple, easy-to-use classroom tools that make it easy to teach

Teacher screen distribution

Our system makes it possible to select the teacher’s full screens, applications or web browser contents and distributed them simultaneously to learners’ desktops in real time. Even in a low-speed wireless LAN environment, a clear screen can be distributed. Detailed operations, such as programming tool operations, can be demonstrated and explained across the classroom in an easy-to-understand way.

The teacher can choose which screen to distribute to the class:

  • Full screens;
  • Application windows;
  • Chrome tab;

Monitoring of learners’ screens

The teacher can have an at-a-glance view of live desktop screens of all the Chromebooks in the class. Not only can the teacher check on students’ progress in learning, but he or she can also help students stay focused on learning. The teacher lets students see each other’s screens via classroom projector while individual learning, and stimulates their focus to learn. Further, individual student screens can be maximized to let the class share students’ works and thoughts.

■Presentation of students’ screens

Any one student’s screen can be distributed to other students in the class. Even if there happens to be no classroom projector, student works and thoughts can be shared across the class in a quick and simple way. As such, our system supports collaborative learning.

■Student screen lock/unlock

The teacher can hide learners’ desktop screens using a blackout and lock their keyboards and mice. This measure can be executed for all or certain students. It is useful when the teacher needs to get all learners’ attention to explanations even while they are in the middle of computer assisted learning. It is also useful to let learners concentrate on off-computer learning.

■Restrictions on website browsing

The teacher can control learners to access only those tests, learning materials and Google Workspace sites and more which are related with classroom activities.

Such restrictions can be placed by simply entering keywords that are included in the URL of each accessible website.

■Quicker class-wide access to websites

The teacher designates specific website URLs for classroom use and then sends it to simultaneously open on learners’ screens. This approach reduces the time otherwise required for the entire class to enter URLs, allowing for more efficient classroom activities.

■Classroom messaging

Of course, the teacher can send messages to learners. They range from short messages for the whole classroom and individual instructions. Messages can be maximized on the screen of each learner.
